With a background in Social Work (PUC-SP) and Psychology (USP), Marisa has a postgraduate degree from Stanford University, Toledo University, Japan International Cooperation Agency – JICA and USP / FACCAR.
She is a Director of the Novapersona Group, which includes companies such as Wish International Events Management, Dream Comunicação Empresarial e Eventos, Novapersona – Advisory for HR, who provide consultancy to professionals and associations, in addition to organizing corporate events in Brazil and abroad. She gives courses and lectures on themes related to human behavior and organizational development.
